Very occasionally in books you will get one-sentence or even one-word chapters, sometimes with added point-size play.
The splash page = the bass drop = must be a movie equivalent = not sure there is a prose one exactly, the effect relies on the sudden expansion of scale so it requires some control over page/sound design…
