Dad’s little nativity scene, built c.1989, reanimated (by me, for my little niece) in 2011: dad collected the stones and plants and made the stable himself, out of corrugated cardboard. The star and the light in the stable were powered by a small pencil torch, which had corroded — I jerrybuilt a replacement using the same bulbs but a new torch housing and a LOT of BluTak.
